لاَ حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللهِ ، وَلا مَلْجَأَ مِنَ اللهِ إِلاَّ إلَيْهِ  

  Meaning:
It is not possible to abstain from sins and engage in good deeds without the help of Allah. There is no place to flee from God. You have to take refuge in him.
