اللَّهمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوُذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبرَصِ، وَالجُنُونِ، والجُذَامِ، وسّيءِ الأَسْقامِ

Meaning: O Allah! I seek refuge in Thee from leprosy, from madness, from itching, and from incurable disease.

Hadith: Rasulullah Karim (peace be upon him) used to recite this prayer when there was an outbreak of epidemic and disease. (Nasai, Hadith: 5506)
